We are home based bakery proudly operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

We feel very fortunate to be able to operate our our home bakery under an umbrella that helps guide and protect our home food business. Our desire it not only to provide homemade products that are yummy and

delicious, but also safe to consume.

Here are a few important things to know about our home bakery:​

• Food Handler's Training is required & we renew every 2 years

• We are allowed to sell any baked goods that does not require refrigeration

• All baked good or homemade treats must labeled according to labeling requirements

• All sales are for local pick up - delivery may be available for a nominal fee

• Face to face transaction is a pre-requisite for shipping within the state of TX;

however, we currently do not offer shipping

• Interstate shipping is not allowed

***Our products may contain or come into contact with eggs, milk, wheat, nuts, soy, fish, shellfish and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Our products are made in a home kitchen & are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services

or a local health department. ***
